Block Directions:
Cut a 8 ½” piece of black background fabric.Vliesofix bag onto fabric and stitch around.Using braid, beads,buttons or embroidery for the bag handle and stitch on.Cut two flap pieces from another fabric.With right sides together stitch around the curved edge, turn right side out, press and topstitch.Fold under the raw edge and stitch onto the bag.Stitch on bead.
